One of my great delights in being in North America during summer is that it is berry season! When we go to the farmers' markets on the weekend, there are punnets and punnets of raspberries and blackberries and strawberries. We bought up big last Sunday, so decided to make a cake. Now I understand why people refer to me as a 'greenie' - it's berry envy! Stone me up a gum tree, that looks yummo.
