One more from Chimayo, which reminded me of the dusty villages of northern Chile. It certainly felt far away from the rest of the US.

I note the juxtaposition of woodcarving and popsicles. Could it be that the Montonians' popsicle-stick timber plan has its origins in the Wild West? The decrepitude of the built environment certainly says 'Northern Burnett' to me...
