Yesterday, I went to Alcatraz for the second time. We were gardening over on the east side of the island, in between the foundations of former officers' residences. I don't usually garden amongst pretty flowers and neatly arranged foliage, but I soon had the secateurs snipping away.

Looks like there are lots of weeds in the garden, but its wildness fits with the Alcatraz abandonned theme... I'm looking forward to more gardening pictures. You've got the eye for photography!
